We’re heading to Orlando for ISTE Live 2026!
ISTE Live is the premier educational technology event of the year. It’s four days of hands-on sessions, panel discussions, and keynote presentations, plus a massive expo hall and networking opportunities galore. Over 17,000 people attended in 2025, and this year should be even bigger!

Automated publishing for education
Typefi is an automated publishing platform that can compose over 1000 pages per hour automatically, and it’s trusted by some of the world’s leading academic publishers.
- Kaplan uses it to produce 400+ page print and digital textbooks. Typefi automates all the most tedious parts of the production process so Kaplan can keep everything in-house, which saves them a ton of time and money.
- The Federation Press also uses Typefi to produce print and digital textbooks, but their content is often much longer—some books have nearly 1,500 pages. Using Typefi, The Federation Press can produce about 40 of these books per year with just one editor running the show! Typefi even optimises page counts, so printing costs are lower, and everything is done in-house.
- GradeMaker uses Typefi too. This web-based tool for online exam authoring and publishing makes it easy for educators to produce exams. Using Typefi, fully composed exams can be exported directly from the GradeMaker platform in PDF and INDD formats, a massive time- and cost-saver for GradeMaker’s clients. Typefi also supports mathematical notation, so all equations are fully editable in InDesign after export.
