Finalists in the 2018 Premier of Queensland’s Export Awards were announced on 13 September 2018, with Typefi in contention for two categories this year—Digital Technologies and Small Business.
“We’re very honoured to have been named as finalists in the Queensland Export Awards for the third year running,” said Chandi Perera, Typefi CEO.
“It’s validating to know that the judging panel is looking at what Typefi is doing and seeing that it’s effective, and that we are making a positive difference in Australia and around the world.”

Typefi was awarded the 2017 Sunshine Coast Business Award for Technology at a gala dinner at Novotel Twin Waters Resort on 18 November.
The awards program recognises the achievements of businesses in the Sunshine Coast region of Queensland, Australia, where Typefi’s head office has been based since the company’s founding in 2001.
With competition in the Technology category becoming increasingly tough over the last few years, the team was thrilled to be honoured with the win!
Typefi features in a new range of resources developed by Sunshine Coast Council to encourage local businesses to consider exporting products and services internationally.
