Meet Typefi’s new Professional Services team members!
As part of Typefi’s ongoing commitment to customer service, the Professional Services team has recently welcomed three new Support Consultants based in Sri Lanka.
With the addition of Dinitha Ariyathilake, Dilshan Dharmawardana and Dilum Samarajeewa to the Colombo office, Typefi will—for the first time—be in a position to provide 24×7 customer support across all global time zones by the end of 2016.

Dinitha was a business analyst with a ‘Big Four’ consulting firm prior to joining Typefi. A tech enthusiast, he is interested in competitive and innovative technologies that can make a positive difference in the world; hence, he’s a big fan of Typefi! He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Colombo, and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA in the UK.
Dilshan Dharmawardana
Accustomed to fast-paced projects where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs is the norm, Dilshan enjoys challenges and takes pride in his work. He is passionate about client support, with eight years’ experience in similar roles across a diverse range of fields. Dilshan holds an Honours degree in Networking and Mobile Computing from Coventry University in the UK.
Dilum Samarajeewa
Dilum is a dedicated and highly energetic IT professional with over six years of experience in technical support. He holds an Information Technology degree from Middlesex University in the UK, and takes pride in providing creative direction and out of the box thinking. Dilum enjoys complex, multifaceted assignments where pulling together a collaborative pool of skills is essential.
