Typefi—together with Nousmedis—is thrilled to announce that Typefi 8 (including Typefi Designer and Typefi Writer) is now available in Spanish!
Nousmedis, a Barcelona-based company with more than 15 years’ experience automating and optimising publishing workflows, is Typefi’s exclusive partner for Spanish localised versions of Typefi.
Nousmedis originally introduced Typefi to its clients as part of a suite of publishing automation tools. However, it quickly became apparent that Spanish companies keen to invest in an automated publishing solution preferred a Spanish-language interface and support.
“Based on the previous success of the EasyCatalog translation into Spanish (our first translation project) that increased the selling of the software in Spain and Latin America by a factor of 10, we decided to partner with Typefi and began the translation process,” said Nousmedis Director, F. Javier Gómez Laínez.
“It was a steeper process than expected. But now, we have a full Spanish version of the latest Typefi build and also Typefi is now easy translatable to other languages. Clearly, a win-win situation!”
The Nousmedis team is already busy demonstrating the Spanish version of Typefi to publishing and manufacturing companies.
“As Spanish and Latin American companies need to compete in a more and more globalised world, they need to produce printed and digital material in at least two or more languages and in a regular manner,” Javier said. “Now that they have a solution and can receive support in their own language, there are no excuses not to automate the whole process!”
