Typefi NLM enables publishers to use the NLM XML content created in products like Inera® eXtyles and then flow it into Adobe® InDesign to create highly designed and richly formatted documents automatically; streamlining production without compromising quality.

How it works
Using NLM XML content submitted via a simple web interface, or receiving XML pushed via web services, Typefi NLM composes high-quality print output using intelligent, design-driven rules and templates that graphic designers create and manage — all without sacrificing design quality or requiring complex programming.
Designers — Using the Typefi Designer plug-ins for Adobe InDesign, designers add automation intelligence to existing or new InDesign templates.
Because the design layout rules are embedded directly within the template — no external coding or scripting required — Typefi NLM enables incredibly fast turnaround of template changes and adjustments.
Editors — Using third-party tools from organizations like Inera, editors can transparently create highly structured and consistent XML content within a familiar environment. Then, at the click of a button, Typefi NLM converts the content into press-ready PDF and fully editable InDesign documents.
