Typefi Expands into the Corporate and Enterprise Publishing Markets with Key Appointments

Leading developer of solutions for book, corporate, and enterprise publishing applications appoints two highly experienced industry veterans to drive expansion into the Corporate and Enterprise Publishing markets
Boston, MA, – March 1, 2005 – Typefi Systems, a world leader in scriptless automated publishing, workflow and content management software, announced the appointment of two industry veterans to strengthen its sales and product development teams.
Peter Safiol has been appointed Regional Sales Director for the Eastern US and will be based in Boston. Erik Langenbach joins the development team to focus on expanding the workflow and content management capabilities of Typefi’s flagship software platform, the Typefi Publishing System (TPS). TPS Version 2 was recently made available to corporate and book publishers.

Peter Safiol brings over 12 years of experience selling to corporate and enterprise markets. Prior to Typefi, Safiol worked for Software Publishing Corporation, Micrografx Inc. and, most recently, Kronos Incorporated. Safiol has consistently been the top revenue producer for each organization he has worked for.

Erik Langenbach brings more than 13 years of experience developing software and specifically publishing solutions. From 1995 to 1998 Langenbach worked with Viacom International as a software consultant and Technical Leader. In 1998 he joined DeskNet as Director of New Technology and in 2003 became Director of Product Development.
